Wellness Coaching

Working sessions that empowers strength, balance, and energy to reduce stress, build healthier habits, or simply take better care of yourself. Sessions are virtual and require a minimum 4 session commitment. 

About

Taq Campbell, E-RYT 500, began her personal practice over 20 years ago as a means to maintain and build flexibility and strength. She continued to dive deeper into the spiritual practice, teacher trainings, workshops, historical texts and varied techniques to develop her knowledge and integration of Yoga holistically. She received her Yoga Teacher certification in 2011 in NYC and her Childrens Yoga certification in 2012. She has also attained her Yin, Meditation, Advanced Studies, and Wellness Coaching certifications in the past years. She teaches all over NYC with an emphasis on intelligent and exploratory sequencing which challenges her students and implores them to experiment within their own practice in maintaining an Inclusive and Equitable space for ALL.  For Taq, Yoga, Meditation, and Wellness continue to be true and essential havens as tools to perpetuate discovery from within, and nourish the mind, body, and soul.
